tortugar has nearly finished an interpreter (using lex/yacc) that allows generation and training of neural nets using the libnn by either loading control files or working with an interactive prompt.

We are currently working on a neural net compiler, that is, a program that allows one to save a existing neural net in a portable format, namely a C file that generates this net and offers functions to generate output.
